Grow Hays, an initiative to invest in Ellis County, is creating a MicroFactory to be an incubator for small and start up manufacturing companies. This MicroFactory will be an economic driver for Western Kansas and give businesses of all sizes the opportunity to expand and succeed. Design is key in a facility like this, planning and utilizing every space for a wide-variety of future tenants. Completion is set for 2023.
