Brad leverages a combination of skills in design, leadership and problem-solving, which he developed over nearly two decades to earn trust with clients and contractors. While his projects span multiple sectors, his specialty in multifamily housing delivers projects that look as good as they perform financially.

As a senior staff member, Brad’s role is multifaceted and dynamic, with a focus on leading the design, execution, and successful completion of projects. He places a significant emphasis on maintaining effective client communication right from a project’s inception, all the way through its final construction phases, ensuring a positive experience for all those involved.

Beyond his professional role, Brad enjoys home renovation projects, exercise, and hunting and shooting sports. He volunteers with New Hope Church as an elder and board member, and he serves as a 4H project leader and a Young Life board member.
