Nick Whitney: AIA

With an emphasis on digitizing the various processes and taking advantage of the efficiencies they bring, Nick has helped to shape Anderson Knight Architects for more than 15 years, beginning as a student at Kansas State University. The road from intern to principal is lined with emerging technology milestones that other firms shied away from, including digital data retention, resource management platforms and AI.

Along with his responsibilities in the technical realm and process development across the organization, Nick serves as project manager on commercial, educational and senior living projects.

Nick is driven by an everyday desire to better himself, help team members find success in their projects, and positively influence the community. Nick is a member of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce and HYPE MHK – Young Professionals, as well as a volunteer with the Little Apple Cyborgs, a local high school robotics team.
